I can't get the social follow icons to work. My IG and FB show as active in the setup, but clicking the icons does not link to the accounts.

I checked your scheduled email, and the icons in all of your social bars for that email are all linked properly. If you're referring to your most recent draft, it does look like a default, unlinked social bar might be in there, but you should be able to delete that and re-add the social bar, and it'll have your buttons linked.

The Facebook one is good, but IG links to my home agency account, not my own, even though my own personal IG is what is listed in the Active Accounts section.

I just copied your most recently sent email (CSCTEST_ in your deleted campaigns), and it was explicitly setup to go to your organization's business page, not a personal page. This is how it was setup for the email sendout, and how it’ll work for future copies of the campaign, unless you explicitly change it to something else for both social bars, and save / copy after making those changes..
