I'm trying to mimic a design for our NPS survey but I can't figure out how. Does anyone have any advice

We want to mimic this design with the colored numerical scale.

Hello @MeganH0247 ,

For our system, and from what I've seen in some other survey emails that use ESPs like us, is that they'll just have the whole rating system setup as a singular image. Then they'll have their image link to their ultimate survey site / page, where the recipient can actually select a rating option.

As far as designing it, you should be able to accomplish this in a photo-creation program like Photoshop, Canva, etc.

I have seen some customers who build their emails with custom code be able to arrange this, where the individual color buttons are able to be clicked on, but we wouldn't really have any insight on how to structure this. Perhaps one of those customers can provide insight if they happen upon this thread.
