Is the SurveyMonkey integration still available/working? I tried adding this to my account, but the button isn't showing up as an option under "Action Blocks" while building a newsletter. This is my first time to try this, so I may have just missed something. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you! -Rebecca

The SurveyMonkey integrated block isn't currently available in the cross-device/platform editor, only in the older 3GE email builder, which some accounts may not have access to.

Thank you, William! Is there any other way to have a short survey embedded directly into a Constant Contact email (with one multiple selection question and one short answer question)?

While having a button leading to a separate/dedicated survey URL is one direction, it would be great if it could exist directly in the newsletter (where people are more likely to fill it out - easier).

Not really, in any way you try to set it up, it'll require your contacts to have to go to a different webpage, whether it's to a SM survey you've linked, or to a linked survey page you've made in your Constant Contact account.

The linked survey page path would also allow you to quietly capture what your contacts are responding with, as long as you linked to it in your email as shown in the article.
