Hello! I was just added as a manager for a business Constant Contact account using my work email. I have a preexisting Constant Contact account associated with my work email. I couldn't find how to switch from my account to the business account.

Hello @HeatherR062 ,
You'll need to update the username of your login for the previous account, so your work email will be free to be used to setup a new account login's username.

Thank you @William_A . I have updated my login so my work email is free. How do I log into the business account? They have already added me as an account manager, but I don't have a password. Is that something I set or them?
Thanks again. I am new to constant contact.

When you're added as a user to an account, you receive an email to verify this. You'd click the link in that email to setup your password and multi-factor authentication for your login to that account.
