I am able to generate reports (export contacts) using my most recent campaign. I can export SENTS, UNSUB, BOUNCE, etc. but I am unable to exports OPENS. All the other exports were available for download in a few minutes at the most but OPENS has still not completed after at least 45 minutes.
Any suggestions on how to make this work?

I saw an error banner on your latest email's reporting for opens, but when I started the export again, it processed within a minute (it's currently available for download in your Contact Import/Export activity). It's possible there was simply a bit of lag from the multiple exports occurring in such a short period of time for your account, or something else that caused a minor connectivity disturbance at the time you were doing the opens export.
