Hello @P4PIndiana ,

 

Different email programs and apps will have different thresholds for when they start to clip content or have issues with the sheer amount of data included in an email, even between apps and desktop/browser programs from the same company. The two email programs that most commonly utilize these methods are Gmail and Outlook.

 

As an example, Gmail begins clipping content for emails over 102KB in size, or when the amount of content (particularly images) or sheer length exceeds its built-in thresholds. This differs between the mobile app and browser versions. As some emails that get rearrange for mobile view can end up surpassing its mobile app length threshold, but will wholly show on the desktop. This can also happen in the inverse as well.

 

I'd advise taking a look at our article on clipped content, as well our article on email length recommendations, for further insight on how best to work within these limitations from the email programs. We also have a post in our Community Expert Advice, that goes over some of the common visual differences that different email programs can impose on receiving emails - either because of how they read HTML, or due to their limitations on email sizes to prevent server overloads.
