I am working on an email blast.
When I put a web page in as a link, I get the message about providing a valid link. It appears to check for .com at the end of the URL. My link is a bit.ly/link that doesn't end that way.
I have a similar problem with an email I am trying to send with a link. The system doesn't except the email address. Again I speculate it is checking that it ends in .com. This user's email link is in a .edu domain.

Hello @KathyB013 ,
This more aligns with our general support Questions & Discussions board, so I'll be moving the post there.
If you're having trouble inserting a particular URL into your email, try using a different URL shortener, or use the full URL. Links inserted into emails are going to be rewritten for click tracking either way, so a shortened URL typically will just serve as an aesthetic for when you're wishing to display the URL in the text.
