Triggers in visual workflows based on form fields

I am trying to have lead notifications sent to the salesperson responsible for that region (based on state). We ask for the state field in the form, but it doesn't seem to be working with the filters I have setup after the trigger. Does anyone know if there's another way to do this? There's no way I'm the first to try!

Hello @JonG735 ,

 

There's nothing inherently in the system to notify a specific Account Manager or Campaign Creator user of a new sign-up. This would need to be something handled manually within the account. The other options would be to code your own unique sign up form on your website to trigger a notification to the applicable sales agent when a state choice is submitted, or use a dedicated CRM with functionality akin to that.
