if a contact unsubscribes from a segment email are they removed from master email list?

Hello @SusanM23 ,

If a contact uses the unsubscribe link and confirms to wholly unsubscribe from you, they'll be removed from all lists. Make sure to check out our main article on unsubscribed contacts for more info.
