Unable to change content in sign up form eg TO to or to change the address in the sign up form ? Does this mena we should create a New Form from scratch ?

Hello @IanL77 ,

If you're referring to the fine print text at the bottom of inline forms, for example, you should be able to get that updated by editing your My Account settings, in the Organization Details section.
