I am unable to edit a contact who has subscribed to SMS. I am attempting to add to the company name field and I get the attached error message. The SMS fields are dithered (I am not attempting to change those fields) and I am unable to do anything except cancel.

Hello @user70203 ,
Are you able to delete the contact and re-import them with the updated info?

Same as I asked the OP, are you able to delete the contact and re-import them with the updated info, @user29089 ?

I need to update from the contact so I can test if my integration is working to pull the updated data into my local database. I cannot test if I cannot make changes at the source.

If something has softlocked the contact's information, or you're encountering an error while editing, then the only other option would be to delete and re-import the contact with the updated info.

Deleting and reimporting is not an option as the contact is subscribed to sms via a landing page.

Hello @user70203 ,
SMS contacts can still be re-imported. If you'd prefer, you're welcome to call in for live troubleshooting of your issue.
