Understanding an email's click rate

I sent a campaign & included an office email address URL.  However, i don't see any clicks tracked on this link.  Does Constant Contact track clicks to email address URLs?

Mailto: links aren't trackable so they don't get track-link rewrites upon sending. A potential workaround would be to use a compatible URL shortener that accepts mailto: links, and then add that shortened URL as a regular webpage link in your email. However there may be complications, depending on the email or security program on the contacts' end due to that many link redirects.
