Uploading new contact list

When uploading a list of people who have previously expressed interest in our services does CC require them to officially opt in again?   Meaning will an email be sent to all of these people requesting they opt in to recieve emails from us?   Can we email these people (many who are older leads) without them opting in since they requested a quote from us previously>?

Thank you for reaching out to the Community! To better understand if your contact list goes against our permission policy, take a look at it here. It does sound like you have had a past relationship with these customers and your business, so you should be totally fine to email them!

Thanks Zoe- these are all people who either purchased from me or previously requested info.  I just wanted to verify that they didnt have to respond to another email from CC in order for me to email them.   I read through the rules and I should be fine
