Hi there! I am having an issue with a youtube video that is not being found by Constant Contact. I already checked the wifi connection, signed out-in, reloaded the page, and changed the privacy of the video, and it is not working yet. Could you please help me? I need to send this email tomorrow. Here's what I got: "Video not found. Please double check your video link", I also verified the link, and it works on other platforms...please help.

Hello @MarketingLaddGroup ,

 

This is caused by a caching error coming from the YouTube side. If the error doesn't resolve itself in a timely manner, then I'd recommend using the image link alternative.
