What email address will I use for outgoing emails?

Hello @GeorgeC11 ,

Any address verified on your account will be available for your From address.

If you're using a free email address (e.g. gmail, yahoo, aol, live, etc.) and/or you don't self-authenticate, then your From address will be rewritten to include "ccsend." This is done so it will have some level of authentication for delivery, and comply with modern email programs' anti-spam expectations.

If you self-authenticate, then your From address will be your normal address.

For additional info and insight on your From and Reply-To address(es), I'd recommend checking out this best-practices article.
