What have you done to the Greeting Macros?

Why is "contenteditable="false">Hello {First Name}," showing up in the greetings line of our latest newsletter? This has never happened before, but it looks like the entire Constant Contact platform has been changed. Was there an "upgrade" and someone messed with macros?

Hello @RobertP4584 ,

If you're seeing an issue with a greeting tag coding or other inserted element when you perform your preview / test send prior to sending the email to contacts, you can delete it and insert a new one, which should clean up the coding. My test version of your latest email confirmed that inserting a new greeting tag and deleting the old one should resolve the weird coding issue (see the CSCTEST_ version in your deleted folder).
