Wix abandoned cart automation, pop up forms

Why don't you have an abandoned cart email sequence option for WIX?

Also: Why is your pop up landing page so huge and has not been updated in years? It should be a small light box (as industry standard) that also allows a photo of the websites choice to remind the person what they are signing up for. This feature has not been updated EVER and looks very poor. Why hasn't this had even a basic update.

thanks

Hello @DeepaL9 ,

If you'd like to suggest the development for abandoned cart integrated functionality, I'd advise making a standalone Feedback / Ideas thread regarding it. For the sake of having a comprehensive feature request, please share any particular functionalities you're especially wanting, or if you essentially just want it to be the same abandoned cart functionality as the existing WooCommerce and Shopify abandoned cart functions

Can you elaborate on the issues you're encountering with the pop-up coded form, or provide a screencap of what you're referring to? Its size will be dependent on how many contact fields you're want your signups to enter info for, as well as how many lists you're offering for options. You may also want to consider using a flyout or banner sign up forms, if the pop-up form isn't fitting your desired experience. Otherwise, if you need a very particular form appearance, you consider designing your own form and connecting it to our API
