Is it possible to insert  Yes . No buttons that simply track the number of clicks or votes?

For instance, you have a question- Did you like this?   and the option to click "Yes" or "No" and the results are collected and visible somewhere in the reporting information.

Hi @user4976410. The best way to accomplish this would be to use a poll block. Your contacts would click one button to select either Yes or No. Then you can view the poll reporting to see the results.
