how come, if i I own the contacts, I'm not able to see the list engaged contacts?

Hi @PhilippeS4. In your current plan, you do not have access to pre-built segments, including least engaged contacts. You will need to upgrade your account in order to use Segments.

Hi @PhilippeS4. As of this morning (October 7th), we are experiencing issues with being able to access segments, which includes accessing your most engaged contacts. Our teams are aware of the issue and are working on restoring that area.

Hi Caitlin, thank you for your reply. I meant to say how come I cannot see the least engaged contacts? But maybe it has to do with the same issue?
