how to set up dmark on wordpress

I am having difficulties aligning my wordpress site with constant contact. Can anyone help with setting up the correct dmark record? Here is the message I am getting from wordpress: if you're unsure about the specific DMARC record to use or need further assistance, I recommend reaching out to Constant Contact's support team. They should be able to provide you with the correct DMARC record and guide you through the setup process.
