Is it possible to edit a campaign that has been sent and update a linked document?

You can replace documents via the Library, so their URL we generate for them that you've inserted into emails will be maintained. Otherwise, in general, emails can't really be edited after sending out, without copying and sending a new version, since we can't overwrite what's already been delivered to peoples' inboxes (on a technological or legal basis).
