At this time, there are no plans to have a direct share URL accessible from the dot menu. The Share URL for a campaign can be found by clicking on the three dots and selecting Share. A new window will then appear and you'll select to copy the URL.

We are leaving this post open for the feature request of uploading a list of registrants. In regards to the request for emailing guests as well as registrants, we are unable to support this feature for compliance reasons. Guest information is entered secondhand by different individuals. For this reason, we are unable to confirm that the guests have opted in to receive messages.

A favorite non-profit of mine is NHSCOT (and they're a Constant Contact customer!). They host events to promote and preserve Scottish culture. There's also the New Hampshire Highland Games up at Loon Mountain which is a blast to attend. I love hearing the sound of bagpipes and drums echoing around the mountains. I've been going almost every year since I was little!

Thank you for the screenshot @RVC9. This appears to be an external party issue with Outlook including borders that are not built into our templates, specifically in the footer area. Unfortunately, we are not able to override the way Outlook is displaying these borders.

Hi @CaseyK50 Were you looking to send an email to the residents that would populate their PINs? If so, you can upload the PINs as a custom field and insert the field into the email. The PIN you assigned to them will show in the email.

Hi @leedenver. There isn't a built-in scheduling feature to have an email send more than once without needing to make copies. A workaround would be to create an automated series that has the original email and three copies. From there, you'll set the delay for each following email to be 14 days. However, you can't select to have it start on a set date like you can with regular email campaigns. Also, you would need to make sure that no one is added to the list you select when creating the series as they will start their own queue upon joining the list and receive the email at a different time from others.

Hi @JulieG029. You can locate this sign-up form by going to Campaigns > Sign-up forms. Next to "Create a sign-up form", click the three dots and go to legacy sign-up forms. You can make changes to the form called Sign-up form to change the image or the fields you would like to include

Hi @AMBL. You do not need to have any additional information included in a contact file upload beyond email addresses. However, if you plan to send campaigns that use personalization like a first name, you may want to include names during the import.

Hi @user663772. If the contacts have a custom field of 36-55, then they can be searched. The segmentation tool does not do a range search. See the above screenshot from user8146624 that has custom fields set for age groups and does a "Contains" search

We are updating this post to reflect the feature request of increasing the character count in an SMS message. At this time, there are no plans to increase the character count but we'll provide an update if there is movement on the idea. You can upload a file of contact's phone numbers as long as they have given permission for you to message them. This is in line with our permission policy.

Hi @RVC9. I'm not able to replicate this behavior in your draft email when sending it to my Gmail account. Could you please provide us with the email client where the email is being viewed, if it's a desktop or mobile app, and a screenshot of where you're seeing the borders in the email?

Hi @CaroleF. At this time, promo codes do not have the ability to be conditional (such as in this case where a discount would be automatically applied). I looked at your event and saw the option for selecting a specific ticket for a reduced price when attending multiple days. This would be one workaround or you could create a promo code for x amount which they would need to select at checkout. However, if they don't apply the discount, they would need to re-register so I think the way you have it set up now is best. I'll open this feature request up for including conditional ticketing in the Event tool.

I love listening to K-pop and one of the coolest things I've participated in are events that occur around album releases. Fans gather at local small businesses (usually bubble tea shops) to talk with each other, sing along to new music, play games, and create communities based on our common interests. I've met some wonderful individuals at them and we've become friends. Some events have part of their ticket sales go toward local charities!
