Hi @DavidM1991  thank you for sharing your feedback! Have you tried using our contact segment feature? This feature will let you pull a report of contacts based on their engagement with your email campaigns. So you can see who has been opening your emails over time! Then for the number of times particular email is opened, this is already included in your campaign’s open report! The good news is you can filter this report to include All Opens. This will show all the times your email has been opened and by who. However being able to track if your campaign has been forwarded is not a feature that is currently available. What email client are you viewing your emails through and browser you are working in? Also, what is the name of the campaign you're working in? After taking a look at your most recent campaigns I was unable to replicate this same experience. Hi @HaugensG    Thank you for helping to clarify these details. After looking into your gif further, we can see it is actually only one frame. How did you save this gif? Because it appears to only be one frame, we would suggest taking a look at your gif again. Making sure this gif has been save correctly is always a great step. Hi @JillF812   I apologize your images are not showing correctly as they should! Are you having this experience in our editor or your a test in your email client? If you are seeing this in your test emails, what is the email client you are using? Are you using a Mac or a PC? Can you please provide a screenshot? After taking a look at your most recent campaign I was unable to have the same experience.    While we have not received reports of our servers having issues, we have seen previous cases where images are displaying blank or with a question mark in Mac Mail/Apple Mail. In these cases we suggest safelisting Constant Contact, with special attention to adding these three as they are connected to our image database:   s3.amazon.com files.ctctcdn.com files.constantcontact.com   Please let us know if whitelisting these URLs or IP addresses helps! ... Hi @ScottC670   Thank you for sharing these details! It sounds like you are still working in an older Legacy Newsletter through our Second Generation Editor. The option to add a video in these campaigns are a little different, but definitely still possible. When you are in your desired block, you can add a video through the Video Link feature. This feature is located under Insert to the left of your email and is available in every block. I would however suggest adding you video in a content, image, or feature article block.    ... Hi @JIMA68   So sorry to hear this is happening! I took a look at your campaign and can see exactly what you are describing. In fact, your gif only plays once in both your campaign and the Library itself. Was this a gif you created yourself? There is a setting when creating a gif that will cause it to play only once instead of in a loop. However if you take a look at your library you will now see a Support Copy of your gif. Out of a courtesy this Support Copy has been edited so it may continuously loop correctly. Hi @JudyH795 I apologize for any confusion there may be with your contacts. Have you deleted a list, but chose delete the list only?     If so, only the list name gets deleted while contacts are left in your account. This option can cause contacts that were only on this deleted list to be left in your account without being assigned to any other list.   We would also like to clarify what exactly you meant by some emails not being “engaged.” Are you referring to contacts opening or clicking links in the emails you send? Do you have any examples of either contacts you have not engaged with, or that showed you unsubscribed them when you did not? Having these details can help us look into this further for you.
