Hi @RachelP8610    Thank you for reaching out about your emails! Making sure your contacts select to have images display is always a great first step. Have you have them whitelist Constant Contact as well? Doing this is an important step to take as some of the provided links are connected to our image database.    With that said we would like to collect a few more details on what your contacts are experiencing. For instance, is this happening for more than one contact or on more than one computer/email client? Are the images visible in the editor or a test send? Are you unable to see all images or just certain images? Having examples of these images also helpful to determine if they are hosted in the Library, or hosted through a third-party. Hi @ladiesofcharitylaketravis    I apologize for the experience you've had with an RSVP Block. What email client and version is the customer viewing the campaign in? We have come across cases where apostrophes will be replaced with encoded text in Outlook. This is something we are still in the process of collecting more information on as we continue to troubleshoot. Though we do not have a time estimate of when this experience will be resolved, as a workaround we suggest not using contractions. Hi @JAYC212    At this time emoji characters in subject line of a Custom Code template is not available. In the meantime we suggest using a UTF-8 Subject Line Converter. A quick internet search for this will help you find an available tool to accomplish this. We have seen cases where forwarding or replying to an email can cause display issues within the email client. What email client was the email forwarded from? What email client was the forwarded email received at? Are you seeing this change will all emails or a campaign in particular? Hi @KenCountess    Thank you for bringing this to our attention! We were receiving reports of other user's having this same experience and have looked into this further. Because of this we temporarily deactivated Contact Segments to prevent more more customers from experiencing delays. The good news is this experience has since been resolved. Are you having this experience with more than one email address? What email client are you viewing your emails? Do you have any security programs running on your computer? Have you tried using our segmentation feature? Through this feature you can create segments of your contacts based on contact details you have uploaded. You can then select these segments when scheduling your email or even add your segment to a contact list to be used at a later date. ... View more

Hi @DeanW93    Thank you for giving us this update! Internet Explorer has a security setting that, when enabled, prevents Outlook from displaying images. Have you tried following the steps in this article for this browser? This section is a little further down in the article under "Outlook 2007, 2010, and 2013 - Secure Images." You also mentioned this is an experience that has started recently. Is this happening with all emails received through our service or just your own? Have there been any updated to your Outlook, or the security program on your computer? ... View more
