Hi @YahoM    These are great questions! When it comes to your contacts, there is no limit to how many email addresses can be added in your account. Although there is no limit, it's always important to keep in mind we do charge based on the amount of active contacts in your account. So as your contact levels increase, so will your monthly charge. On the other hand, there is an existing limit of how many contact lists you can have. You are correct, this limit is 1,000 lists. Why you would want to have more lists? (E.g., very large list customer, very old list with years of data, needs to have historical record of lists and contacts.) Also, how do you typically use/manage their lists? Hi @PorterW5    Thank you for reaching out to the Community about your email. I apologize this is happening when it is being forwarded! What email client was the email forwarded from? What email client was the forwarded email received at? When an email gets forwarded the email is altered by the sending client. This causes emails to sometimes appear different on the other end due to the reader's email client, not caused by Constant Contact. Hi @DavidM1991  thank you for sharing your feedback! Have you tried using our contact segment feature? This feature will let you pull a report of contacts based on their engagement with your email campaigns. So you can see who has been opening your emails over time! Then for the number of times particular email is opened, this is already included in your campaign’s open report! The good news is you can filter this report to include All Opens. This will show all the times your email has been opened and by who. However being able to track if your campaign has been forwarded is not a feature that is currently available. Once an email gets forwarded this is being done by their own email client and not Constant Contact. I have tracked this feature request in your account in the meantime. ... View more

Hi @HaugensG    Thank you for helping to clarify these details. After looking into your gif further, we can see it is actually only one frame. How did you save this gif? Because it appears to only be one frame, we would suggest taking a look at your gif again. Making sure this gif has been save correctly is always a great step. In fact, try checking your resources or the help center for your gif creation program for any information on saving gifs. ... View more

Hi @JillF812   I apologize your images are not showing correctly as they should! Are you having this experience in our editor or your a test in your email client? If you are seeing this in your test emails, what is the email client you are using? Are you using a Mac or a PC? Can you please provide a screenshot? After taking a look at your most recent campaign I was unable to have the same experience.    While we have not received reports of our servers having issues, we have seen previous cases where images are displaying blank or with a question mark in Mac Mail/Apple Mail. In these cases we suggest safelisting Constant Contact, with special attention to adding these three as they are connected to our image database:   s3.amazon.com files.ctctcdn.com files.constantcontact.com   Please let us know if whitelisting these URLs or IP addresses helps! ... Hi @ScottC670   Thank you for sharing these details! It sounds like you are still working in an older Legacy Newsletter through our Second Generation Editor. The option to add a video in these campaigns are a little different, but definitely still possible. When you are in your desired block, you can add a video through the Video Link feature. This feature is located under Insert to the left of your email and is available in every block. I would however suggest adding you video in a content, image, or feature article block.    ... View more
