Hi @ErinGarvey   Thanks for sharing your feedback with us! When you say there is no consistency between premade templates versus creating from scratch, do you mean creating email campaigns from HTML? The good news is this updated cross platform editor does allow both horizontal and vertical padding editing when you click directly on the block you want to edit. Having the ability to have rounded buttons is also a feature request we are actively tracking. We do recommend sharing your need for that feature directly on its thread.   For the white background color displaying between between multiple rows can you share a screenshot of what you are seeing? As for text wrapping, users do have the ability to wrap text around an image in the cross platform editor. Users can do through the click-and-stick function as well as dragging-and-dropping. Hi @StolleryF   Thanks for sharing your feedback with us. While we can understand how helpful it would be to maintain your email campaign, we apologize this is not possible because it's a setting in an email client which we can't control. Workaround we can however suggest is to make your email all images, include the link to a webpage version of your email, or including the forward to a friend option in your campaign, While these workarounds won't prevent a forward within the email client it's something that can help. Hi @TheresaG605   We're sorry to hear you were unable to work in your account as easily as you should have! What exactly are you experiencing with your contacts? What are you looking for that may be outside of the available guidelines?   As for your campaigns, how are the ads you have ready to share currently saved? The good news is there is an available feature request thread we recommend sharing the type of email templates are you looking for that may not currently be available on. As for your images, users being unable to publish their Canva flyers is an experience we are tracking. We have received reports of users being redirected to the editor and no image is sent over. If you are having this same experience we ask that you please email us at social_support(at)constantcontact(dot)com with your username, a reference to this post, the name of your campaign this occurred in, and a screencast/video of this issue.   On the other hand - users can also select the "Blank Template" in our template picker and create an email campaign where an image file is the email's content. Because of this, the workaround we suggest for Canva is to download the design you have created directly on canva.com as a JPEG/PNG. Once design is downloaded, it can be uploaded manually to your Constant Contact account and added into an email campaign. ... View more

Hi everyone,   The good news is users have been having an easier time with adding alt text within our cross-platform editor insert image window. In fact users can type over 1,000 characters and special characters. The limitation being described in this thread only seems to be a limitation of editing the image description within the Library tab. Does adding your alt text within your email campaign help fit your needs? ... View more

Hi @eDotFamily   The good news is our cross platform editor does allow users the ability to control the tiling of background images. If you are now experiencing the images appearing incorrectly please share with us  the image URL from your library, a screenshot of what you are seeing, and the email client being used directly on the thread for wanting more control of background images so we may troubleshoot further. ...
