Hi @mcmcmahon   What type of ranking question in your survey would you like to include? At this time users do have the option to include either rank order questions to allow respondents to rank your answer options in a particular order, or a numeric scale. Do either of these options help fit your needs? If not, if you would like to rank items on a non-numerical scale we recommend sharing your need for this directly on its feature request thread. ... Hi @Amanda10997   If you are trying to change a registrant's email address to an address that matches a contact record we recommend to cancel the registrant with the old address and process the registration with the new address. The good news is you can use the Register Someone link to re-register this person with the right address. If there is payment tied to the old registration and you do not want the registrant to pay again, skip the payment process so that the registrant is abandoned, then mark the registrant as registered and paid.   We apologize for any inconvenience caused from not being able to update a registrant's email address to an email address that's already in use. It is however at this time, we do not have plans to include this type of functionality due to the low number of tracks from other customers and the prioritization of other ideas. Hi @TimothyK673   Thanks for sharing this feedback with us! We apologize for the experience you've had with importing your contacts. We have taken a look at your account and can see this is a defect you're experiencing. Because this is not something not happening to all users it does have to be troubleshooted on a case by case basis. In fact, is your pop up blocker enabled? What browser are you using? Does incognito/private mode work? In the meantime, we have tracked this in your account and added you to our queue to be notified when it is resolved.  The workaround we also suggest is to safelist "ui.constantcontact.com" in your browser pop up settings. This will allow the pop up window to appear.    As for a billing refund, we can see you were able to speak with our Billing Support directly about this.
