Hello @Gentleman, Thank you for reaching out to the Community! To find the best time to send to your customers, it does take some time to see when your open rate is the highest. Knowing your audience is the first step to getting more opens. While everyone might have an email address, each demographic checks their inbox at different times throughout the day. Some people check their email right when they wake up in the morning. Others do it during lunch. But whenever you choose to send, make sure you're consistent. Everybody likes to know what to expect.

Hello @JonB537, The only way a PowerPoint can be used within a campaign is by linking it as a document. You may want to upload this as another file type so it can be used or if it's too large, you may want to compress it. Thank you!

You can instead export your contacts into a spreadsheet and upload them into the correct account. You can also download your campaigns as documents or give us a call so we can copy your campaigns from one account to another for 49$ each.

Hello @MichelleB38, I took a look at your account and it appears that you have deleted those bounced emails successfully out of your account. The total contacts may be taking a while to update but the total subscribed number is what you are being billed for.

Hello @NolaY, I do apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, once an email has been sent we can't edit the link that is attached to the flyer. You will want to make a copy of the email and edit the link and send out the revised version.

Hello @AnthonyL642, I did take a look in your account and it appears you have created your Automated Series newsletters correctly. Your most recent Automated Series is connected to a list that currently only has one contact in it and it has sent out to that contact successfully. If you are still experiencing issues, please give us a call so we can share the screen with you to see exactly which Automated Series is not sending.

Have you attempt to create the campaign fully from scratch in a brand new template instead of copying? I believe the link is being carried over through a copy.

To find the duplicates, you will want to remove the list from your sign up and communications list in order to have that separated no duplicates list. You will select the list you already have, and after uploading the new one you will select all the contacts in the existing list and choose actions which will have the option to remove from list.

We are a large sending company for monthly emails and we do have plenty of customers who use our product for the same reason you want to!
