Yes, that is the only way to add additional emails to an automated series, is if you copy the active one. You can instead create an automated series that has enough templates in it that may not be edited completely. You can then activate the series and edit the future templates whenever you would like while the ones that are finished are sending to people in the queue. You will want to make sure you edit the unfinished templates in the series before people reach the queue to receive them. Thanks!

Your contact can be listed multiple times in more than one list. If it is one email address, we will only charge you for it once. If you have multiple lists for each location, your contact can absolutely be uploaded to each list.
