Hi there,
I appreciate the feedback around reporting. A few thoughts:
We can consider having the view defaulted to the "Registered" filter so that cancelations are not shown in the initial view unless you choose to pull them in.
We are releasing a change next month to the reporting metrics from the "campaign" pages so that:
Registrations will be a count of orders/registrations completed and not a unique count of registrants by email like it is using today
Tickets redeemed are also visible from this view (1 registration may have 20 tickets which this will now surface)
Add-ons redeemed are also visible from this view
Thanks again!

Hello, When looking at the list of emails at the bottom of the Event page, I can see where some have been scheduled, but I can not see what date they will post. The only way to check the date they are scheduled to post is to first unschedule the email, then edit. Is there a way to show what day they are scheduled to post on this main page list of event emails? Thanks!

Hi, I'm getting used to the new format for event emails. Some things that I miss about the old email format are: this is harder to edit; I can't preview something I've already sent out (so am unable to copy what I sent). I also am having trouble resending the emails to folks who lost the first one (vs creating a whole new email). Thanks!

Event 2.0 allows duplicate registrations. Then the number of registration and registration need extra attention to remove those. Not convenient at all. It's better to be like the Event 1.0. There are many other things that Event 2.0 has issues or inconveniences. The emails under events got the same format as the email campaigns but could not be copied or viewed after the event was closed/done. Event 1.0 didn't look fancy but worked well. Also, we had been having issues with credit card payment by PayPal and quite some expired registrations. Those, along with the duplicate regisrations, really make it extra efforts unnecessary. WePay.com was ok but why it was removed after 3/31/2024?

This Events 2.0 deficiency and feature downgrade from Legacy Events is causing a major problem when registrants fill in the registration form with an email address different than that on file with Constant Contact. Follow-up/reminder event invitations to non-responders are sent to event registrants.

When a person registers for an event and provides their mailing address, phone number, and other pertinent information, it currently does not roll over into the email database. The only information that shows up is their first name, last name and email address. Please roll over all event registration information that matches the fields we have set up in the email database.
