It would be great to include event-related campaigns in the marketing calendar and in the reporting stats. Those emails and other activities are left off of all other parts of the site, yet are such a handy way to manage events.

I didn't realise this wasn't possible until I had sent an event email including a poll to allow registrants to select breakout sessions. Because I cannot open the sent email, I cannot get access to the poll results and now have to send another email outside the event, apologising and asking registrants to make their selection again. This seems like a major oversight.

There is a checkbox under Form Setup that will prevent registrants from signing up more than once for an event using the same email address. This is unique to each event.

Hi there,
I appreciate the feedback around reporting. A few thoughts:
We can consider having the view defaulted to the "Registered" filter so that cancelations are not shown in the initial view unless you choose to pull them in.
We are releasing a change next month to the reporting metrics from the "campaign" pages so that:
Registrations will be a count of orders/registrations completed and not a unique count of registrants by email like it is using today
Tickets redeemed are also visible from this view (1 registration may have 20 tickets which this will now surface)
Add-ons redeemed are also visible from this view
Thanks again!

This Events 2.0 deficiency and feature downgrade from Legacy Events is causing a major problem when registrants fill in the registration form with an email address different than that on file with Constant Contact. Follow-up/reminder event invitations to non-responders are sent to event registrants.

When a person registers for an event and provides their mailing address, phone number, and other pertinent information, it currently does not roll over into the email database. The only information that shows up is their first name, last name and email address. Please roll over all event registration information that matches the fields we have set up in the email database.
