Thanks for your reply. I understand what you are saying about blocks, but until you can independently edit them, there will be frustration. I also see the purpose of the top toolbar, but the smaller "section bars" are confusing and need to be moved to the top or the side. It just really needs to be a clean window where I see my email as I'm creating with all of the "functions/tools" on the top or side. Perhaps some of the team would be willing to do screen-mirroring tests with those having problems to "visualize" the problem vs. making them spend all this time on writing detailed posts. Users of your software and services with 100s of thousands on their lists should not be helping you debug your software on various computers and browsers. That should be done before it goes live. Each time your software gets updated, it gets slower and makes the UX worse. Unwise, as is your company making excuses about it.
