Despite the chorus of confirmation, it looks like the editor was changed again without usability testing. The formatting toolbar is oh so much prettier now and totally blocks the top of the message. Nothing more frustrating than typing blind and having to click out and then back in to edit any typos without seeing them. I really can't conceive why anyone would have thought making things HARDER to use was a good idea, or why anyone would ignore all of the desperate pleas for usability testing before release.

I have thousands of photos saved in my account, but from the editor, when I scroll down in the images on the left, I can only access a small fraction of the photos and then the display ends. This results in me having to upload photos that are already in my account, using up more space, because I can't access the photos already in my account past the top few hundred or so.

That's great, but I don't think you're hearing what we users are saying. No one is asking for "as we expand the customization options available that allow you to apply more design styles" We're asking for an editor that works and is user-friendly. We don't need a cruise ship - a row boat would be fine if the oars were always in the correct place and acted as one would expect. Sorry for the ridiculous analogy, but do you understand what I'm saying? Thanks!

I'm also seeing tremendous lags now, even on incognito mode. I type and then have to wait for my text to appear. I UPVOTE all of the above comments and have experienced and continued to experience most of this frustrating behavior.

Nice NASTY red banner saying I have a past due balance and need to update my payment method...except my payment method is fine, since you dinged it just 5 days ago...Fifteen minutes on support with a rep who is looking in the wrong account, does not have the best mastery of the English language and knew the whole time that there's a bug in your billing system throwing up this error...except it took 15 minutes of my time wasted before he admitted it was a known issue that you all had been experiencing for several days. I love how much respect you show for my time and my money. Billing was the last competent department on your side, even that is now suspect...

I'm not sure what is my frustrating - The delays between when I type in a text box and the text actually appearing. OR The denials that there is anything wrong with the platform (despite confirmation that these are KNOWN ISSUES). I concur with all bugs listed above (as do the majority of posts in this forum). JUST FIX THEM ALREADY....
