I created a brand new automation path, but I'm receiving an unknown error that won't let me proceed.
When I look at my automation paths, this one says "There is a problem with this path. View path details for more information." When I go to look at the path details, there is one email that has an error icon, and at the top of the screen there is a pop-up that says "We are missing a few pieces of information. Please correct the errors below before activating your path."
There appears to be no way for me to get more information on this error. I have no idea what pieces of information are missing or what I need to correct. I've tried changing things around with that email, but nothing has worked. I wish the error was more specific. I'd like to not have to delete the email and start over.
I added some screenshots below. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

This is a brand new survey. Every question was manually added. Yes, the issue persists when I delete the blocks and re-add them.

When I create a survey and add numeric scale questions (rank our service 1 through 10), it glitches and creates 3 boxes that say 'Answer 1', 'Answer 2', 'Answer 3' instead of creating the rating scale.
Can someone please fix this asap?

I have the same issue and none of the troubleshooting seemed to fix it. Email has disappeared as a column option on the contacts screen.

I've seen other posts about this, but no answers on how to fix.
When I upload a YouTube video into my email, the thumbnail pulls over from YouTube but has two big blocks on the top and bottom of the thumbnail. There was one time that this didn't happen for me, but in all of my other emails it happens. I can't seem to get these black borders to go away, even after directly making a copy of the email where they didn't appear.
Next, I tried to just upload the thumbnail directly into Constant Contact, but it's inverting the colors. Super strange. I've seen others post about this same issue, so there must be something wrong. If there's a workaround please let me know.

I've included a photo below so you can visually see what I'm referring to.
When I try to get a line of text or button to link to an email address with another email copied, it's saying the email is invalid.
It will only let me use one simple email address.
I've added a copied email on practically all of my emails sent out through Constant Contact in the past. I've even double-checked the article in the Knowledge Base for any potential changes after the most recent update, but there were none.
Not sure why this has become an issue now when it always worked previously.
I hid the emails in the picture for privacy concerns, but they are spelled correctly, no mistakes there.
Any advice on how to fix this?

Hello. I'm wondering if Constant Contact has come up with a way to deal with Apple's new ability allowing its user to block tracking by email senders. I'm not sure if they have launched this yet, but Apple users will be able to disable pixels. If they do this, we won't be able to tell if our emails are opened or not. This could definitely cause open rates to drop and could cause issues with resending emails to non-openers. This is recent news, but hopefully it is something the Constant Contact team will come up with a solution for.

It would wonderful if the Constant Contact team was able to put together some new features and design tools for emails. I had a couple ideas for design tools that would allow Constant Contact users to be more creative and create beautiful emails. Gradients. Personally, I would see myself using a gradient for the inner background and text backgrounds, but I'm sure there could be countless ways to customize emails with the use of gradients. The single color is limiting and eventually emails start to look the same. A gradient option could help us stand out in the inbox. Shadows. Being able to put a shadow on a text box, behind a logo, etc. would make a huge difference. I would absolutely love this little addition. I'm not sure how much technical work it would take to add these features, but they would make designing emails much more exciting for me personally. Perhaps its my lack of creativity right now, but the emails I've been creating lately have started to all look the same.

Previously, I was always able to click the 'Download Pictures' options at the top of my emails from Constant Contact to see the pictures within an email. As of about 2 weeks ago, this stopped working. It seems something has changed with the connection to Constant Contact because I don't have this issue when receiving emails from other people, companies, services, etc. I've gone through my email settings with our IT department and they were unable to find a solution. I've also gone through the suggested solution articles from Constant Contact here, here and here. The only thing I have not done is safelist Constant Contact's IP addresses. I will be working with my IT department to try this today, but I am wondering if there is any other solution to this problem? Any help would be appreciated.

I don't believe there is currently a feature in the reporting section that shows when your contacts are opening your emails. It doesn't have to be an exact time like it shows on each individual contact. It could be hourly. Just something that helps show the optimal times to be sending emails. Of course, I could just experiment and send emails at all times of the day until I find what works best for open rates, but having a feature that showed what time most people are opening my emails would be very beneficial. I believe most major social media platforms have similar features. I know Instagram and Facebook show the times when your followers are most active which helps give you a better idea of when to post. I'm thinking CC could implement something similar.

Hello, I am trying to have an image be the same width as my email, which I've always been able to do. When I drag the image in the email and make it as big wide as the email, it shrinks down when I hit preview or send a test. Again, I have the image as wide as the email - how I want it - but when I preview my email or send a test, it shrinks down a bit and does not fill up the email which looks bad. Is there any fix to this? Update: I had to crop the image in photoshop to get it to fit how I want it to. Seems like it might have been the new image editor that caused this issue.
