Hello, I'm having the issue that was noted in this post and, per the employee post of 1/14/22, I'm responding here. The Welcome screen "most recent" list is showing only legacy emails from 2022. To see my current rent emails, I have to go to the calendar view or choose "view all." When I choose "view all," the real most-recent emails appear under Single Channel. The "Multichannel" list indicates that "multichannel" is a new option, and I'm wondering if that addition is what screwed up me being able to see current emails in my Most Recent list. Thanks, Julie
