Okay, so If I type in January...anything that has anything that has to do with January should pop up such as goals, winter, MLK day, etc. The same for February...Valentine's Day, Presidents, Chinese New Year, Things that are red, Etc.....love...all of that. Instead I have to hunt for things by obviously what is a label with just very few if more than one word. It's very frustrating and time consuming.

If you could put some kind of asterisk or bullet point next to items that are scheduled to be re-sent to non-openers that would help with planning and quick scanning to see what is being sent/has been sent etc. If that already exists please let me know.

One way we've found to get people to open our emails and double check our list is by sending out a congratulations type of email. The easiest one is "Happy Birthday"! Those that have a birthday in the month will open, those that don't will open it thinking you have the wrong information. Then we ask them to update their birthday with us so we can be sure to send a birthday greeting and a small token (small gift card, discount, or a small piece of our business swag, even just their name in the weekly newsletter). Those that don't respond we double check to see if they are still attending our if we need to move them on our win-back list. We always get a great response each year with this.

So I responded to this but I don't know if I emailed it but my response isn't showing.I've uploaded my logo long ago and it does not show by default in the campaigns, especially ones that are prefilled with an example such as "donnies donuts" (no that's not an actual template but you get the gist). Also, at the base of the template where it asks for address, email etc. I'm not talking about underneath the whole email where Constant Contact fills in info, I'm talking about in the actual body of the email template.

It would make life much simpler if you could make it so that, on the templates, our business info is automatically added at the bottom, rather than us having to delete "Business name, email, phone, address". Also, it'd be simpler if there is a space for the logo at the top of the template, if that was automatically filled with our logo that is on file rather than us having to go through and change it .... for example, instead of saying Susie's Spa and I have to go in and click change, find my logo, select it, insert and resize it...if it was automatically populated. We like to save time and these are things that get a bit tedious after a while. Thanks for listening! www.FairfieldMartialArts.com
