Hello @RenOfficeManager , Discussions surrounding our [Billing/Compliance] policies do not fall under our Idea Guidelines so we will be closing this post for further commenting. If you require assistance with your account, please contact our Compliance / Review teams. The unsubscribe process (such as via the required link we include in all email footers) is already set to have the person unsubscribing at least confirm their address. Additionally, some email programs also already require an unsubscribe button be coded to appear when the email is opened in their systems, so the option is explicit and obvious for their users. I've just discovered that once someone has accidentally unsubscribed (which is way too easy to do and happens almost every time we send out an email), and then successfully gone through the resubscribe process, they are not automatically re-added to any lists they had previously been on. So, is there a way to get a list of people who have previously resubscribed so I can go back in and manually add them back to lists they're supposed to be on? Thank you.
