It would be a time saver if there was a way to pick numerous dates and times at one time for the same post. When I am posting jobs, I would like to post them a whole month in advance and I have to take 30 minutes or longer to copy and re-schedule.

Yes - I agree. If they have given us their business cards to opt-in to communications, I don't understand why the other info. is not imported. What's the point of the scanner when you still have to type in the other fields, such as job title and company, which is tedious and time-consuming. I wish you could select which fields you want to import. Even if it pulled in everything and we deleted what we don't need would probably be faster.

Y E S !!!!! Agreed!!! It's interesting that contacts are so difficult to add, I can't upload a spreadsheet and have multiple categories that I want contacts in, it will only allow you to put them in one list...and Contact is in their business name : )

If I export, for example, multiple lists of contacts equalling over 800, and now, in my spreadsheet, I have 3 -4 different "Street Address Line" columns, 3 - 4 different "City" columns, 3 - 4 different "State" columns, 3 - 4 different "Zip code" columns. If I want to data sort by state, city, zip code...I cannot - because I can only data sort one column. I have columns spanning across pages. This is so frustrating.

When you upload a list of contacts, it puts their physical address under HOME...I'm a B2B organization, all my contacts need to have a BUSINESS/WORK physical address. When I manually enter contacts, I put the address under WORK. If I export hundreds of contacts from lists, I now have way too many columns, some with WORK, some with HOME...I went them all under WORK. I want a clean spreadsheet, not an unnecessarily inordinate amount of columns. With so many B2B's that use CC, I would think CC could make an option for a physical address default.

While we understand this was a change when our redesigned social share feature was released, we do not have plans to create posts directly from the campaigns tab (this needs to be done through a separate page in the social post tool) or remove the post from the Campaigns tab.

I apologize that you are running into that! It looks like you've been with us a while, so it's possible that the Confirmed Opt-In email was turned on at a certain point, and then turned off. The contacts who never confirmed would remain in the Awaiting Confirmation status.
The other time that status appears is when a contact unsubscribed from your email campaigns, and then a re-subscribe request was sent via that contacts profile.
In either case, we may be able to send another request to that contact to opt into your campaigns. This would need to be done over the phone, so I would recommend giving our support team a call at 866-289-2101 for live, 1:1 support.
