Hi @KevinT8859 there are no further updates on this feature request at this time. Have you tried removing formatting before pasting into your email? If you are using Chrome, does pasting as plain text help?

Hi @FirstNameL98691 are you looking to customize the line spacing in your paragraphs when making breaks? If so, you can insert a return and set this to a smaller pre-set sizes of 1, 1.2, 1.5, and 2. Does this fit your needs?

Hi @kscpa5654 when uploading a single contact at a time are you looking for a way to upload contact details without having to manually locate the field under Additional Contact Fields? How many fields are you trying to upload at once? How does saving these contacts and contact details in an Excel file then uploading this spreadsheet of contacts not fit your needs?

Hi @First-NameL45259 there are many factors that are used to decide what is added to or updated in our product which can cause us to sometimes not have a timeline for when a feature will be available. The more requests receive on this thread, the higher priority it will receive from our Product Team. Hi @DMcInnis would you rather the subject lines be blank spaces instead? How would you expect to be notified to fill these subject lines? Currently subject lines are either copied over from copying a previous campaign or auto-populated based on the template selected.

Hi @TracyM664 currently only the legacy automated series do not have the option to be copied as we are moving towards our updated automated series instead. How does the current copy feature for automated series not fit your needs?

Hi @peggyf17 where in our upload process would you expect to find these tools? Currently when adding a single contact there is the option to streamline this process through the add another button in the bottom right hand corner. While on the other hand you do have the option of adding the company name when typing/pasting more than one contact at a time. How do these two features not fit your need?

As for archiving your contact lists, what steps would you expect to archive contacts? How would you want these archive lists to appear in your account?
