Hi @FirstNameL98691 are you looking to customize the line spacing in your paragraphs when making breaks? If so, you can insert a return and set this to a smaller pre-set sizes of 1, 1.2, 1.5, and 2. Does this fit your needs?

Hi @kscpa5654 when uploading a single contact at a time are you looking for a way to upload contact details without having to manually locate the field under Additional Contact Fields? How many fields are you trying to upload at once? How does saving these contacts and contact details in an Excel file then uploading this spreadsheet of contacts not fit your needs?

Hi @TracyM664 currently only the legacy automated series do not have the option to be copied as we are moving towards our updated automated series instead. How does the current copy feature for automated series not fit your needs?

Hi @peggyf17 where in our upload process would you expect to find these tools? Currently when adding a single contact there is the option to streamline this process through the add another button in the bottom right hand corner.
While on the other hand you do have the option of adding the company name when typing/pasting more than one contact at a time.
How do these two features not fit your need?
