It simply doesn't work well, is slow and is a hassle. Really do not appreciate this being forced on us. There are times when I need to access my account quickly and this is an impediment. I have been a customer for some 20 years and this is not how a customer service friendly company should operate.

If you're not receiving the verification emails, it means the receiving network is blocking / quarantining the emails. If your IT is unable to get those emails allowed through, even after safelisting our domains, then I'd advise calling our general support. Our general support will need you to answer any security questions they ask, and can then get any addresses you need manually verified.

I'd recommend checking your active browser extensions, VPN, ad/pop-up blockers, or other security programs on your device and network to make sure all domains we utilize have been safelisted. If you have questions on how to safelist those elements in your network or device, I'd recommend reaching out to your IT or the support of the applicable security program for further assistance.

I apologize for any inconvenience from this feature not being available. There are many factors that are used to decide what is added to or updated in our product which can cause us to sometimes not have a timeline for when a feature will be available. Though this may be the case, as previously mentioned in this thread, we recommend adding underscores and changing the font color to match the background color. You can also copy and paste text that includes a tab from an external source (like Microsoft Word). Our editor will convert these tabs into non-breaking spaces that can be saved. Also, I don't see you being marked as a new customer here on the Community.
