Starting October 2024, the Third-Generation Editor (3GE) will be decommissioned as we finish the full migration to the Cross-Device Editor (CPE). Those customers who are still on the older system may notice some differences with emails as they’re automatically converted into the CPE. 

 

The purpose of this article is to answer some anticipated questions, provide workarounds for some known conversion issues, and to provide resources on migrating to the current editor.
