Adding question to email invite

Does anyone know how to add "How many kids will be attending"? in a custom email invitation campaign? I do not see a way to customize things like this?

Hello @TracyS0 ,

 

At this time there isn't really a way to have a fillable field for that directly in an email. You can include such a question as part of an event registration form, on a survey page linked within the email, or as a question on a 3rd party fillable form that you link to in your email.
