When I send someone a link to a previously sent email, there is a strange black banner at the top when going to the URL of that previously sent email.
For instance, here is a URL of a previously sent email. If you click on this link, new black banner appears across the top.
I don't want that black banner. How do I stop it? Where did come from? I don't want folks to be able to sign up online.
Hello @VMC_Email-Manager ,
That banner with the link to the account's legacy sign up landing page has always been there. At this time it isn't possible to remove that banner, or adjust the elements in it. You can edit the legacy sign up form from within your account by going to Sign up forms > Basic Landing Pages.
Thanks for your response. However, where else does that banner show up? It is it only there when sending someone the URL for a previously send email? Or is there when we insert a "View this as a website" into an Email and someone uses that link?
It shows when the webpage version of the email is viewed, whether that's included in the email, shared on social media, added to a website, etc.
