Cannot upload lists

I've reformatted my list, broken it down into multiple smaller lists, changed browsers, changed file types, deleted all unnecessary data and your program refuses to upload my list. VERY DISAPPOINTING. I was hoping for a tool to help with our marketing but this is not a good first impression.

I'd advise calling our general support so they can provide live, 1:1 assistance troubleshooting the contact list you're attempting to upload. Otherwise, you're also welcome to reply directly to the automated @ mention email you receive from this response, with the contact list attached so we can troubleshoot further.

Otherwise, I'd advise making sure your file is properly formatted to avoid import errors.
