Charged Already?

I already got charged for a second month before our first month was up. I volunteer with a non-profit and can't afford the second month. How can I get it refunded??? Please help!!!!

Thank you for reaching out to the Community!  I apologize for any confusion there may be with the charges on your account. For your account security we cannot go into an account's billing details here in the Community. Instead, we ask that customers give a call in to our billing department. However I can see you were able to speak to our billing support about these charges. If you have any further questions please give a call back to our billing department, on of agents can help you get the answers you need.
