Create segment based on audience selection

I'm there a way to auto tag, or segment someone based on a selection inside an email?

Let's say I add a button for language preference, and someone selects spanish, can that person be set with a tag, for spanish, or be added to a spanish segment or list?

Or does it have to be a manual process where we have to collect information of the person so they can be properly tagged or added to a segment/list manually?

Hello @Kprieto,

Thank you for reaching out to the Community! If you select Enable Click Segmentation after inserting a link into a button, that will automatically move customers who select that link into your preferred list. Thanks!
