I am at 42 hours and still not approved. I have not seen propagation take this long. Has anyone been successful? If not, what have you done to get around this? Is it time to move on from Constant Contact. We have used this service for 5 years with no issues. All of a sudden, we can't send emails to microsoft customers and them being able to see the document.

Here is what I found out. Because we use Godaddy, the instruction to enter your DNS information has to be modified from Constant Contact instructions. Godaddy automatically enters your domain name to the end. Therefore, if you enter per the instructions, you have 2 domain names back to back, therefor, it will never propagate correctly. If using Godaddy, leave your domain name off. Once tier 2 of constant contact saw the double entry, they had me change it and it propagated in 30 minutes.
Hello @MichaelG9383 ,
I'd advise speaking with the Delivery team for further assistance, to see if they're able to provide any insight from our side, or see what would be causing the delay in your SA being setup.

Thank you for the follow-up. I've marked your response as the accepted solution for your thread, so this can be hopefully highlighted for other customers that encounter a similar issue, and go searching for a resolution here in the Community.
