Outlook and Constant Contact email list synchronization

Is it possible to connect an Outlook distribution list to Constant Contact? So I don't need to manually export from Constant Contact and import to Outlook because the outlook distribution list automatically synchronizes based on Constant Contact?

Hi @M-NCPPC ,

If you are using Office 365, we do have an integration that you can install to automatically sync your contacts from Outlook into Constant Contact. If you are using an older version of Outlook, you will likely need to continue exporting/importing.

I appreciate your reply. The opposite approach, which automatically syncs Constant Contact mailing lists to Outlook distribution lists, is what I'm actually searching for. Does that imply that updates to the Outlook distribution list will be based on the relevant Constant Contact mailing list? Can Constant Contact API accomplish this, or is there a third-party product that can?

Two-way syncing like that wouldn't really be possible even with the current integration available. You may be able to find a 3rd party-developed option to connect your Outlook and CTCT accounts in such a way, but we wouldn't really have any recommendations regarding that.
