Problem with uploaded contacts merging

How can I Import a list of contacts from a file and NOT merge them with contacts in other lists?  I need to send multiple letters, each to a separate list of contacts.

Hello @Laurie_KSFCA ,

If you don't want to upload contacts into a list that already exists in your account, simply click the Create a new list option on the list selection screen.

Hi @Laurie_KSFCA , 

Great question! You should be able to create a new list inside of your account. From there, you can click on that list to open it up, and then click Add Contacts at the top right hand side. You will then be able to upload the file of contacts to that list.
