Re-send to non-openers

Hi, Trying to do this and the system is telling me I need to upgrade. But when I go to that page it tells me I'm already with the PLUS plan that allows that and it is only offering a downgrade. Need areal person on the phone. The robot voice just keeps telling me to to to the same page which doesn't help. Please call me at:

We apologize that your account is affected by this issue. If and when there's an update regarding it, our engineers will notify you directly. 

 

In the meantime, the only workaround would be to setup the resend-to-non-openers after the email is sent.
