What the heck is going on. Since 0800 PST Constant Contact has been dropping my text and saying "Oops, sorry, Refresh" This is not what I'm paying for. HELP

I've been unable to save changes in my newsletter for five days. The above reply didn't work; CC couldn't make a copy of my work. Such a malfunction is hurting marketing of my business. Let's get this fixed asap.
